1.Agreement of Terms
By using my services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions, which are subject to change at any moment and without prior notice. Please ensure you have read the FAQ prior to commissioning me.
2.Project Requirements & References
To ensure the best outcome and avoid unnecessary revisions, please provide a comprehensive list of your requirements along with visual references. All relevant information must be submitted prior to transferring payment.
3.Timelines, Priority & Communication
Quality work takes time, so please do not rush the creative process. Projects are typically completed in the order they are received. If you have an urgent deadline, priority delivery is available for an additional fee. Please note that I operate in the GMT+2 time zone, so replies may not be instantaneous.
4.Asset Variations & Recolors
f you require a variation of an existing asset—such as a simple recolor or a text change for a new gamepass—this can be done for 50% of the original base fee.
5.Conduct, Cancellations & Refunds
A respectful environment is imperative. Inconsiderate behavior or suspected fraudulent conduct will result in your project being instantly canceled without any refunds. Otherwise, either party may discontinue the project at any time with written notice; payment will be required for all work completed up to that point, and those files will be provided to you. I also reserve the right to reject any commission if I feel I cannot fulfill the request.
6.Copyright, Usage & Authorship
You must preserve the artwork’s authorship and attribution; you may not claim to be the original creator. Redistributing or exploiting my artwork for patent purposes is strictly prohibited and will result in DMCA and legal action. Finally, I reserve the right to showcase any completed work on my portfolio and social media platforms.
